My first steps were a mix of one-on-one conversations and then a more team-heavy evaluation.

I started with a telephonic technical interview that was mainly about DSA and algorithms, and it was focused on how I think through coding and problem solving.

After that, I had an HR call for basic behavioral questions, plus logistics like availability. Once that was complete, they scheduled an on-site interview, which was set up with a panel of five people from the team.

I remember the structure feeling very deliberate: technical first, then behavioral, then the team day. I didn’t end up getting an offer from that path, but the experience still felt concrete—there was a clear progression
