I started with a phone call where the recruiter checked my background and asked about my motivation.

A little after that, I was invited to an on-site interview that ended up being very demanding and took roughly four hours. The technical part included multiple exams—math and control theory came up alongside programming—so it didn’t feel like a single straightforward coding round.

After the on-site, I went through additional interviews with managers and an HR conversation in the US. I also met the team for a short chat. Overall, it felt like a process that wanted me to perform under pressure, and it took more effort than I expected, but I still felt generally okay with some preparation.
