My process moved more slowly than it should have.

The first interview was already hard to lock in, and then when it finally happened it ran longer than advertised. It was supposed to be a 30-minute conversation, but it lasted well over 45 minutes, without any clear explanation for the extra time.

I didn’t feel like the schedule or pacing was handled carefully, and that shaped my overall impression early. Eventually I wasn’t selected, but the bigger takeaway was that even the logistics felt unmanaged from the start.
