Mastek Software Engineer interview experience

Positive

IndiaPosted Jan 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed at Mastek in a process that was mostly centered on web front-end basics.

The whole thing came down to two rounds where they tested my JavaScript abilities, with extra weight on HTML and CSS. They also seemed to value people who had full-stack coverage, so the questions weren’t purely theoretical.

The questions ranged from easy to medium, and the interviewers were quick to respond. The results came out the next day, which made the process feel efficient and low-drama.

I didn’t get an offer, but the overall experience stayed pleasant. I walked away feeling like the bar was clear and the feedback loop was fast.
