My interview leaned heavily technical.

The exam lasted about 2.5 hours, and the questions felt like they were testing how I’d think about computing at a high level—things like whether I’d work on supercomputers or help design a highly sophisticated operating system.

Even though the exam topics sounded serious, the interview itself felt simpler than the difficulty suggested. The end of the process involved working with their tool called ICD and ICM, which they said I’d be dealing with repeatedly.
