I went through a mostly automated pre-screen that quickly moved into a behavioral-focused recruiter step, and the process felt uneven.

Automated text pre-screen / HR outreach — I answered a few qualifying questions via text/robot prompts and then got prompted by email to record responses for behavioral “fit” questions.
Recruiter/HR phone follow-up — A 30-minute phone call was scheduled, but in one case it was canceled shortly before the time and I never heard back.
Result — In another case, a recruiter emailed me the outcome after I submitted the recorded behavioral responses. Outcome: No offer; the early steps were straightforward, but responsiveness varied a lot.
