My process started with automated text prompts—basic, qualification-type questions.

After that, HR scheduled a 30-minute phone call. I was set to talk to them, but the interview was canceled just ten minutes before it was supposed to start due to HR’s personal issues.

What stood out wasn’t just the last-minute cancellation—it was that I never heard back afterward. I didn’t get a follow-up or a new time scheduled, and I never received a reply after reaching out. Overall, it left a very bad impression because the communication felt completely absent.
