Center Valley, PAPosted Mar 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process started in a way that felt promising—I felt wanted after the initial interview and survey.

Still, after that early engagement, communication dropped off completely.

I never got updated on whether I moved forward, and I wasn’t emailed with any clear next step or decision. From my perspective, it was a good company, but the process broke down mainly because the follow-through was weak.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and the biggest reflection I had was that the experience relied too much on silence after the initial steps. The conversations themselves didn’t feel bad, but the lack of organization left me without closure.
