MassMutual Financial Analyst interview experience

Tampa, FLPosted May 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started a phone interview process for a Financial Analyst role, but it felt very easy while also raising red flags about legitimacy and specificity.

Phone call screen — a company contact reached out quickly, yet the caller had few details about the job; the job description felt vague and more like a sales pitch.
My pushback — I asked more questions, and the interaction increasingly felt suspicious and poorly defined. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that I didn’t trust the process once the details and transparency didn’t line up.
