Massage Envy Account Executive interview experience

After I connected with the recruiter, the whole vibe felt casual—more about whether my personality would mesh and whether I could handle the role with the right attitude. The conversation centered on scheduling availability, my work background, and whether I could come off personable while talking to people.

Sales came up quickly, even though it was new to me. I remember feeling like the interviewer expected I’d be willing to learn and go through training. They talked about the idea of selling memberships and products and how I’d need to get comfortable presenting myself and staying upbeat.
