The process I went through had three rounds, and the difficulty ramped as it went on.

The first round was coding. The second round mixed a project with coding, and that combination was where I felt the pressure most—projects plus coding doesn’t give you much room to hide weak spots. By the third round, the focus shifted toward project management-style questions, where it felt like they were trying to see whether the coding strength came with the ability to manage how work gets done.

To make it through, I needed to be really strong in coding. I wasn’t selected after the full sequence, and the overall experience left me feeling like the role was less about general familiarity
