Manpower Software Engineer interview experience

The interview itself was described as very pleasant, but after I wasn’t selected, there was no feedback at all. They didn’t seem interested in closing the loop with any follow-up.

Because I never heard anything afterward, I was left without any sense of what would have changed the result. That made the experience feel a bit frustrating rather than just straightforward.

No offer came out of it, and the biggest reflection I carried was how little they engaged once the decision was made—so even if the interview felt nice, the lack of follow-up made it harder to view it as a supportive process.
