After I applied, I had an HR phone screening and then two online interviews that felt fairly positive overall.

I remember the flow being straightforward, and the people I spoke with came across as professional.

The plan included a third interview that was supposed to be in person, but I never got the chance to actually attend it. By the time the process moved to the second round, I was eliminated. Even though the experience itself felt okay and not hostile, I couldn’t quite understand why I didn’t move forward after the round where it ended.
