My interview for an SDE role ended up being three rounds, and the difficulty felt medium overall.

Round one was hands-on with React, where the conversation leaned into fundamentals. Round two shifted into algorithms, and round three took a more managerial direction.

What stood out was how evenly the rounds were split across different evaluation angles. I didn’t feel like I was stuck only in coding, and the managerial round made the process feel like they were checking how I think about work—not just whether I could solve problems.

Even though I didn’t receive an offer, I walked away with a pretty positive impression of the flow and the clarity of what each round was looking for.
