I didn’t have a single, clearly described sequence of rounds, but the way my interviews were framed matched a medium-to-hard evaluation.

I went through a setup that included technical assessments and coding challenges, along with system design and behavioral questions.

The overall purpose was pretty broad: they were checking problem-solving ability, domain knowledge, and cultural fit. Across the process, the difficulty kept feeling like it could move from medium into harder territory depending on the topic.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience was at least consistent with what they were trying to measure. It felt like a serious multi-signal process rather than a single screening gate.
