Mahindra Software Engineer interview experience

Medium

Positive

IndiaPosted Mar 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process was surprisingly short overall, but what stretched it out was the turnaround time between steps.

I liked that the interviews themselves were relaxed enough that I could be myself, rather than feeling like I needed to perform a totally scripted version of my answers.

They asked technical questions, and the vibe was generally positive, but the communications back took longer than I expected. Even with the delay, the interview experience felt good while it was happening.

I ended up with an offer, and my honest reflection was that the content of the interviews was straightforward, but the wait afterward made the whole timeline feel longer than it actually should have.
