Troy, MIPosted Jun 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a short, very focused interview day that lasted about an hour and involved two hiring managers.

The flow was straightforward: a quick introduction about the company up front, and then the rest of the time was almost entirely about technical knowledge.

It felt concentrated and demanding in the moment, because there wasn’t much room for drifting into broader behavioral topics. By the end, I had walked through the kinds of technical understanding they wanted to see, and the overall vibe was that they were evaluating my depth rather than my presentation skills. I didn’t receive an offer afterward, but the process was clear about what mattered: solid technical command.
