My recruiter stage led straight into a hands-on prompt during the interview.

I created a matrix based on a structure that the recruiter gave during the call, and I was offered C++ as the implementation option. The main pressure came from having to translate a task description into working logic under interview conditions.

It wasn’t framed as a long, multi-part architecture discussion—it was more like a focused coding exercise tied to an immediate problem. Afterward, I didn’t get an offer, but the process left me with a clear sense that they were looking for straightforward problem-solving ability in code rather than only conversational fit.
