Magna International Software Engineer interview experience

The questions were very specific to the role, and I didn’t get much opportunity to explain work I’d done at my previous company.

What stood out was that the conversation didn’t leave room to fully contextualize my experience. Even after the decision seemed to have been made, the final stage wasn’t communicated clearly to me, so I was left waiting without clear closure.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Honestly, the combination of the limited chance to expand my answers and the lack of clear communication about the final step made the whole experience feel abrupt.
