I first got contacted by a recruiter after submitting my resume through a friend who knew about the opening.

Not long after, I did a Skype screening that involved the group leader and another employee.

After that, the process turned into a larger loop where I had both Skype and onsite interviews with six different people, including someone in a VP role. The only thing that really stood out wasn’t the interviews themselves—it was how long everything took and how unclear the coordination was. It had been about a month and a half, and I still hadn’t received a clear offer or a rejection, which left the whole experience feeling like it was dragging rather than moving forward.
