Magic Leap Software Engineer interview experience

The recruiter review came first, and then I had to go through the hiring manager stage fairly quickly. What stood out was that I had signed an NDA before I was actually offered a position, which made the early stage feel high-stakes. The process read like the first person interviewing me was critical—if they weren’t a good fit, it could effectively end everything. After getting that far, it seemed less about technical depth and more about fit and personality, and I ultimately didn’t receive an offer.
