Oceanside, CAPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience was unusual compared to a typical interview.

They put us into a group and had us do some teamwork exercises, but there wasn’t really an actual interview. They didn’t ask me any direct questions at all—just gave tasks meant to show collaboration.

After the group activity, they sent everyone home. I expected some kind of follow-up since I participated, but I never heard back afterward.

Looking back, the lack of a real conversation made it hard to tell how they evaluated me. The process didn’t turn into a normal decision, and I ended up feeling like the opportunity kind of disappeared without any closure.
