Macquarie Group Business Analyst interview experience

I started with a first call from Talent Acquisition, then I had an interview with the reporting manager. When I progressed, I also ended up speaking with a director, so it stayed layered rather than staying at one level the whole time. The questions themselves were straightforward and focused on fit and role understanding, and I found myself walking through my resume and discussing previous deal experience. There wasn’t much that felt unexpected, and overall it gave me a clear picture of what the role involved as the interviews went on.
