My process looked like a set of staged filters: a coding challenge first, then a deeper technical discussion, and then a psychometric assessment before any further feedback.

The coding portion felt like a timed Java-focused challenge.

After that, the next technical interview either followed from the coding challenge or shifted to its own focus, but it still tested the same kind of technical depth. The psychometrics were broader than just one thing; they leaned into numerical and logical work alongside behavioural components.

I didn’t get an offer, and overall the difficulty was average. What stood out was how much the process depended on the psychometric stage as a checkpoint, not just the interviews.
