Macquarie Group Business Analyst interview experience

I started with an HR round, then I completed a psychometric test, and after that I faced a panel. The last step was a session with managers of the desk who were actively looking to hire, so it felt like the closer I got, the more “real” the role-match scrutiny became. Each session ran for about an hour, which made the whole experience feel drawn out, but the format was consistent: people, testing, then more direct evaluation from a panel and managers.
