My process moved through three rounds of technical interviews, where the format felt a little atypical because the interviewers didn’t have their cameras on.

The conversations centered on finance and investment banking knowledge, and I also expected finance-style problem solving rather than purely abstract theory. After the interviews, I had to complete a psychometric test, and that part added an extra layer of uncertainty to the timeline. What stuck with me most was the way follow-up seemed to work: HR would only respond if I heard back within about two weeks; if not, it effectively meant I was out.
