My path started with an OA stage, and then I moved into a superday.

The superday itself consisted of three interviews that felt fairly direct: a cultural conversation, a technical segment, and brain-teaser style questions that included some statistics.

It was the kind of process where the steps were clear and the format didn’t try to be overly complex. I focused on reading up on the company and refreshing algorithms and data structures, and I felt like that mapped well to what I saw in the technical parts.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but it stayed in the easy-to-straightforward lane overall, and the experience felt more predictable than stressful.
