Macquarie Group Business Analyst interview experience

I started with an engaging HR conversation, and then the later stage shifted into a more serious, technical vibe for the second or final interview. Even with the technical shift, everything stayed straightforward—no chaotic surprises, just a clear process moving forward. I also remember the overall environment feeling healthy and respectful, and that the timing stayed on track. By the end, I had the sense that the company wanted to evaluate me in a detailed way, and the process matched that intention.
