I went through a manager-focused round late in the process, and that’s where things felt off.

The overall experience had been decent up to that point, but I still wasn’t sure why I was rejected in the manager round.

What bothered me most was the lack of clarity and how much time got wasted on things that didn’t feel necessary. I felt like they should’ve asked for the minimum details earlier, before moving me forward into the interview stage. Even though the earlier parts felt fine, that late-stage uncertainty left a sour feeling for me, and I didn’t end up with an offer.
