A recruiter called me to schedule a phone interview, and the plan was pretty explicit about the next step.

If the first interview went well, I would be scheduled for a face-to-face conversation with two senior developers from the leadership team.

My record doesn’t include the later rounds or an offer, but I remember the framing: it sounded like early screening followed by direct conversations with leadership if I passed.

I didn’t end up with an offer. The experience left me focused more on the structure than the content, because the main detail I captured was how quickly things would jump into leadership-level interviews after the phone stage.
