I applied by sending my resume through Glassdoor, and then I had to sign up to Jumpstart.

After that, they sent questions about my prior experience, interests, and skills. The next step was a Google Meet interview where I talked about my school experience and then did a live-coding challenge.

The difficulty felt high and I didn’t end up with an offer. The flow was very focused on real-time performance—between the live coding and the live discussion about my background, there wasn’t much time for anything indirect.

I didn’t get an offer, and the main impression was how much the screen demanded active participation on the spot rather than giving room for reflection.
