For the Software Engineer position, the first step was a code challenge with multiple programming exercises.

After that, if the results were satisfactory, I moved into a technical interview with members of the software team.

The process also had an additional progression layer: there was a technical discussion round, a managerial round where the conversation was face-to-face with a manager and included project-based technical questions, and then an HR round focused on salary discussion. Even though I didn’t reach an offer, the overall structure was consistent: code challenge first, then technical depth, then management and compensation alignment.
