Luxoft Software Engineer interview experience

The interviews themselves went okay, and I felt like I was getting through the steps.

Even though I had passed both rounds, the position got closed. I was told this after the two interviews, so there wasn’t a rejection tied to my performance—more like timing and process priorities.

No offer came out of it. The experience was smooth in the sense that I completed the stages, but the closure right after passing left me with the sense that the decision was external and not under my control.
