My process started with an informal recruiter conversation where we talked about the role, the skills I had, and a bit more context about what they were trying to connect me to.

After that, I met the technical lead for a more hands-on discussion.

The technical round mixed theory with a live coding attempt. I wasn’t able to complete the live coding because of a connection issue, and the interview simply moved on to continue the process with someone else. The whole vibe felt more like troubleshooting the session than assessing my approach, which was honestly frustrating because I’d prepared for the coding part.
