My experience started with a technical interview that felt cold and mechanical.

There wasn’t any real introduction or conversation— the interviewer just began asking questions and kept moving to the next one without commentary. It was very “robot-like”: answering college-level Java questions back to back for a full hour, with no breaks and no engaging dialogue.

What really stood out to me was how little happened around the interview itself. There was no feedback after the session, and I didn’t get any follow-up even though it was one of two technical interviews with the same company. After that, there was silence, and I later got another outreach from an HR recruiter
