I went through a fairly structured path at first, but what stood out to me later wasn’t only the interview steps—it was the way the company itself operated behind the scenes.

I had been approached through LinkedIn, and the outreach felt like it was run at scale, including the use of multiple recruiter accounts for online scouting. The process I experienced sounded formalized and not especially customized early on, even if it did move in stages.

During the interviews, I followed the sequence that kept coming up: an HR recruiter call, then technical work, then managerial and client discussions, and finally HR wrapped up the offer release step. The overall experience was framed as organized and guided, which is what made the later uncertainties so noticeable.
