Luxoft Software Engineer interview experience

I remember feeling relieved, like I’d done enough to earn the next step. Then I was hit with the opposite message: my application wasn’t going to move forward.

What really shook me was the lack of clarity. I’d invested significant time through the rigorous rounds, and the only result I got was a dead end with no meaningful follow-up or constructive feedback. I kept thinking that if I’d been close, at least there would be something specific I could learn from.

That same sense of being left without closure showed up again when I later received a cancellation letter without any explanation.
