Luxoft Software Engineer interview experience

I did get good feedback, and the only real hiccup was a small misunderstanding about technologies I’d already used. The call itself flowed well after that, and I remember thinking it was handled fairly.

What left a sour note was what happened afterward. After the interview, I didn’t receive any meaningful follow-up—no additional clarification and no feedback beyond the initial signal. The overall feeling shifted from “this seems workable” to “it just fades away,” which was honestly frustrating because I’d answered most questions and expected at least a clean closeout.
