Lutron Electronics Embedded Engineer interview experience

That second phone interview didn’t feel like it was trying to challenge me with deep technical problems; it was more like confirming fit after the initial on-campus conversation.

The questions weren’t too difficult, and I had the sense they liked what they heard because they let me choose the time for the next interview. The process stayed positive and structured at first.

Still, I didn’t end up with the final offer. My honest takeaway was that the early momentum felt good, but the later stages ultimately determined things for me.
