After filling out an initial form, I recorded five short videos where I talked about myself.

The next day, they contacted me for an HR interview by video, and the conversation went pretty well. After that, I received a link to a DevSkiller-style test that took about two hours.

A day later, I scheduled a call with the CEO, and the conversation was surprisingly casual and easy-going. Even though it felt like I was progressing smoothly, I eventually learned they were prioritizing a different type of role first and that they didn’t have immediate hiring plans for my fit. I appreciated that I always seemed to know where I stood, though I didn’t receive an offer.
