I had a pretty short interview that lasted about 20 minutes.

It felt relaxed right away, and the person I spoke with came across as genuinely interested in me rather than rushing through a script.

What surprised me most was how quickly it moved—there wasn’t a long multi-stage process. The decision happened during the call itself, so the whole experience ended almost as soon as it started. Overall it wasn’t stressful, but it also meant there wasn’t much time to build momentum beyond that first conversation. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and I left feeling like I was evaluated quickly rather than deeply.
