I went through a fairly tight sequence: a recruiter conversation to get to know me, a developer-level technical assessment, and then a group interview.

The early recruiter step was framed as a fit check; after that, the assessment seemed aimed at the skills of a developer rather than quality assurance, and then I was pulled into a group setting for the next stage.

The overall experience landed as difficult, and the pace felt like they were testing both technical competence and how I handled discussion in a group format. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, and I was left with the sense that while I moved through the steps, the final decision didn’t go my way based on factors that weren’t fully spelled out to me.
