My experience started with a recruiter chat that was straightforward and pretty human: we covered my background and projects, then the conversation moved into the next steps.

After that, they sent over a full-stack coding challenge in a platform. The task wasn’t described as extremely hard, but it wasn’t something to underestimate either, because it still required real implementation work.

The next stage was a technical interview where the focus shifted away from coding and into discussion—questions about my background and some real-life situations. By the time that round ended, they moved things along to an offer decision process.

That said, the overall journey still carried a sour note for me because the opening itself didn’t seem to match what was described.
