My process felt like a classic multi-round funnel, but with a couple of distinctly different checkpoints.

It started with a challenging multiple-choice test that focused on theory. After that, I went into a hackathon-style round where I had to show practical skills, including how I communicated and worked with others.

The next stage was a final interview that mixed technical questions with a more general conversation. Overall, it took a lot of preparation work on my side—researching, improving technical fundamentals, and grinding on data structures and algorithms. By the end, I could tell the process was designed to measure both knowledge and adaptability, not just whether I could solve problems
