I interviewed in a small group setting with three interviewers, and it started with me doing a self introduction.

The questions then focused on how I thought about service and teamwork. I felt like I handled the prompts well, but I didn’t have a clear sense of whether I was actually going to be brought to the next step.

By the end, it was hard to tell how competitive it really was—there was a “nice and supportive” vibe, but I still walked out wondering if that would be enough for an offer. I ended up not getting one in this process, and the main reflection I have is that things can feel like they went well yet still come down to fit and timing.
