My process kicked off with a remote programming test that I completed and submitted.

Once that passed, I was invited in for a longer interview day. I arrived for an interview that started at 1 PM and wrapped up around 5 PM.

That block included another programming test, this time timed, followed by meetings with three pairs of people from different areas of the organization. After the in-person interviews, the format kept going: I was given three more skill tests tailored to the kind of engineering role I was applying for, with an emphasis on UX/UI. The environment and pacing felt intense, but the structure was clear enough that I could keep moving through each stage.
