Ltimindtree Frontend Engineer interview experience

Once it happened, it felt more like a casual discussion than a rigorous technical evaluation, and the questions were very basic.

Because my background was mostly Angular from years of experience, the interview didn’t feel challenging in the moment. I came away thinking it had gone smoothly.

But then the follow-up never came—after the discussion, I was basically ghosted with no response or emails. I didn’t get an offer, and it left a frustrating gap between how the interview went and how the company handled closing the loop.
