I went into the interview expecting a normal process, but it quickly turned into a patience test.

The interview ended up getting rescheduled three times, and when it finally happened, the overall experience felt unprofessional.

What bothered me most was the lack of time discipline and preparedness from the interviewers. One person joined very close to the end of the call, and the other was dealing with production issues while we were in the middle of the interview. It made the whole thing feel like my time didn’t matter, and that left a bad impression of how the process would feel as an employee.
