I did a first-round hour-long interview with the hiring manager.

The structure was pretty clear: about half the time he asked me questions, and the other half was reserved for me to ask questions.

The vibe felt friendly but hard-working, and it came across like a place with growth opportunities. What stood out was that they seemed willing to shape the job a bit based on someone’s skills, with the goal of letting you ramp up faster.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the interview itself made me feel like I could envision myself there. The balance of conversation and curiosity from both sides was what I appreciated most.
