Erie, PAPosted Jun 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The appointment was scheduled for 9 am, and the notification told me to arrive five minutes early.

I got there ten minutes early and wasn’t pulled in until 9:30. That delay already made me notice how unorganized things were.

Once I finally got back, management didn’t seem to know who was supposed to run the interview. When they brought me in, it turned into a simple three-question conversation. That part was quick and not overly difficult, but the earlier confusion definitely lowered the professionalism of the experience.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my main reflection was that the process felt like it didn’t have a reliable plan, even though the actual interview questions were brief.
